In this rapid design challenge, in a matter of a few hours – I came up with a concept for a mobile website of a bike rental service in Dublin. I followed the Design Thinking process – empathise, define, ideate, prototype and test. I started by conducting research around the current customer perception and competition benchmarking. I then conducted a user test and developed an empathy map based on my findings so far. Further, I created user personas and user journey map that guided me to design a positive user experience. My next steps were to create a low-fi sketched prototype, finalise on a colour palette to convey and complement the brand identity and lastly, design the prototype on Sketch.
